Worship is our corporate and personal exchange with God. It is a spontaneous expression and ritual moment that transcends personal preference and all stereotype. Worship at JCC is a reorienting of our lives that reminds us that God is God, and we are not. As a multigenerational and multiethnic community, we enjoy the integration of many traditions in corporate worship. We value being together and worshiping God through the reading and teaching of the Bible, lifting our voices together with songs from all generations and joining together in the ancient practice of holy communion. Together we experience a living, vibrant, powerful and loving God who makes his presence known in the gathering of his people.

Sunday Worship

Pastor John invites you to a new study on the Book of Revelation. It is full of strange, and sometimes bizarre imagery. As a result, many people have never read the book or even taken the time to study it. Now you have an opportunity to do both. The word “Revelation” means a revealing, and Pastor John will take you through the book, passage by passage, to show what God has revealed how we will play a part in the End Times.&nbsp; Starting on Monday afternoons Sept 22 to Dec 22&nbsp;from 1:30-2:30 p.m., in B101.
