CHOA

The Deacons sponsored the monthly Creative Housing Options in Arcadia (CHOA) meeting on Saturday October 19, 2024, as a way to begin Journey's involvement in the homeless issues facing the San Gabriel Valley. Mike Veerman is the Team Lead and a wonderful support of Journey's ministry in the community. CHOA is formed from a faith-based perspective, and aims to advocate for and share information to reduce homelessness and build affordable housing, through engagement and endurance, seeking evidence based solutions, and compassionately loving our neighbor, for the betterment of the entire Arcadia community.
