City Council Meeting Opened with Prayer

Pastor John was invited to give the Invocation at the Arcadia City Council meeting on March 4, 2025. Here is the prayer that he shares:

Let us pray,

We are grateful for our City Council members and their willingness to serve as leaders of our fine city. We give thanks for John Cullen and his service to our great country. We rejoice with the Foothills Middle School Girls Basketball Team. We pray for wisdom in any public comment given tonight. And we ask that in all actions approved, or declined, that we never forget that the bottom line is always the people who live and work in this wonderful city of Arcadia. We appreciate how we have been so blessed, and we ask that we might be mindful, in this meeting tonight, of how we can be a blessing to others. Amen.
