New Director Begins Ministry at ACC

The Arcadia Community Leadership Team is excited to announce that Adam Farley has joined the Team as our new Director of Worship and Fine Arts. He began his work on January 8, 2024 and will be leading in worship beginning the Sunday of January 14, 2024.

Adam was born in Seoul, South Korea, and grew up in West Liberty, Ohio. From a young age, he has been a Christ-follower. At Indiana University, Adam studied classical and jazz music. He worked in the professional music industry for twenty years as a songwriter, band member, and touring musician. He is a multi-instrumentalist skilled in guitar, piano, bass, drums, and violin.

Since 2006, Adam has served in a wide range of music ministries, including youth groups, adult worship teams, classical ensembles, and choirs. He enjoys studying the history and theology of worship and finding practical applications of biblical principles for today’s church worship. Every week, Adam helps plan worship services and leads the music and audio teams. He also helps facilitate worship for various ministries at the church.

Adam has been married to his wife, Miyah, for five years. In his free time, he enjoys sports, swimming, running, spending time with his family, and cooking meals with his wife.
